Petrobras signed the contract for the sale of the production of natural gas from the Peroá-Cangoá pole, located in Espírito Santo. The announcement was made by the state on Monday (1).
The contracts were valued at US$ 55 million, about R$ 300 million at the current price. The sale was made to a consortium of companies OP Energia and DBO Energia, with a 50% stake for each.
It is worth remembering that Petrobras had until June this year to complete the sale of the pole and 53 other assets in the process of diinvestment, according to a determination made by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP).ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
