Petrobras invests in refining and logistics
In a statement, Petrobras reported that it was given the beginning of the stage of disclosure of Opportunities (Teasers) regarding the sale of assets in refining and logistics in the country. The disinvestments account for approximately 50% of the national refining capacity.
The first phase, initiated on June 28th, includes the Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST) in Pernambuco, Landulpho Alves Refinery (RLAM) in Bahia, Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery (REPAR) in Paraná and Alberto Pasqualini Refinery (REFAP) in Rio Grande do Sul, as well as Their corresponding logistical assets.
Petrobras ' deinvestment plan in the refining area encompasses eight refineries in total, which also include the Schist Industrialization Unit (SIX) in Paraná, Gabriel Passos Refinery (REGAP) in Minas Gerais, Isaac Sabbá Refinery (REMAN) in Amazonas and Lubricants and petroleum derivatives of the Northeast (LUBNOR) in Ceará.
