Petrobras sells gas field in Amazonas

The Petrobras Blue gas field, located in the Amazon, about 300 km from Manaus, has just been sold to the company Eneva for the trifle of US $54.5 million. The field was discovered in 1999, but it had not been developed by lack of infrastructure for production disposal. 

The Eneva, company of the German Group E. On which operates in the generation, marketing and logistics sectors of electricity, plans to build a thermal on the reserves and connect the project to the National Energy Transmission network.
