Oil companies must invest in less polluting projects

In a meeting on OGCI (Oil and Gas Climate Initiative), which took place on 27 October day in London, ten companies of the oil and gas sector and claimed that will invest in technology and low-polluting projects. The OGCI announced investments in Solidia Technologies, which produces cement and concrete in the United States with a technology that allows you to generate fewer emissions, the Achates Power, that develops combustion engines "capable of reducing gas emissions considerably", and in a Gas Central "capable of capturing and storing carbon". However, it is not known the value of investments.
