Oil derivatives production in Replan retreats

The Paulínia Refinery (Replan) recorded a 13.8% decrease in oil production in April of this year, compared to the same month of 2020. Thus, products such as gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and diesel were less produced.

According to a survey by the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), Replan processed 1,740,129 m³ in April, against 2,019,366 m³ in March this year. March was also the best month of production of 2021.

It is worth remembering that Replan is petrobras' largest refinery, with the capacity to process 69,000 m³ of oil per day. They are produced derivatives such as gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, LPG, fuel oil, asphalt, propane and bunker, among others.
