Petrorio closes agreement and buys the Friar Japan Petroleum

Last Monday, October 29th, Petrorio closed agreement and bought the Frade Japan Petroleum, which has 18.26% participation in the concession of the Campo de Frade. According to the company, the acquisition was due to the competitive process and a production increase of 25% and the oil reserve in 150%.
