Proposal for legal framework for Natural gas

The National Council of energy policy (CNPE) adopted a resolution on the establishment of a technical Committee for the development and growth of natural gas in Brazil. The sentence aims to establish new procedures for the performance of the new market in the area, under the initiative of the program "gas to Grow".

Created the Committee, members will have 120 days to submit a proposal in Congress with a new legal framework for natural gas. The program rules adopt international practices, attract investment, diversify, agents have greater dynamism, provide access to information and respect the contracts.
