On Tuesday, February 7, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, signed a law confirming the agreement with Ankara, capital of Turkey, in which foresees the construction of two sections of submarine pipeline in the Black Sea, called Turkish power.
The agreement between the two countries was sealed in October 2016 and now ratified by law by Russia. According to the project, the pipeline will have an annual capacity of transporting 15.75 billion cubic meters of natural gas in each direction. The beginning of construction work is planned for later this year with completion scheduled for 2019.
