Russia's Gazprom natural gas and Saudi petrochemical corporation SABIC have again talked about a possible partnership in a natural gas project. The investment would be the construction of an industrial complex on the Yamal peninsula, northwestern Serbia. The information is from the Russian newspaper Vedomosti.
According to a source, Gazprom held talks with representatives of the Saudi company in December 2020. In the conversations, the proposal arose that they share the risks inherent to the project.
