Saint Martin and Siemens join ABiogás

In order to make public policy for insertion of biogas and biomethane in the brazilian energy matrix, Siemens and the Sao Martinho joined the Brazilian Association of biogas and Biomethane (ABiogás) for the development of raw material in Brazil.

Siemens operates in the area of technology generation of bio-fuels and chemicals from industrial waste gases. Already the Sao Martinho produces biogas energy from the vinasse. The plant installed bio-digesters to produce biogas, which is used as a supplementary energy source.
