Oil sector could receive investment of bi R$240

The resumption of projects in the area of exploration and production that are jammed because are in progress or about to be engaged could inject R$240 billion in investments in the oil and natural gas from Brazil. The information is General Director of ANP, Decius Oddone, given during lecture to businessmen at the headquarters of Firjan, Rio.

Among the projects caught the Pound and field assignment for valuable consideration of Petrobras. According to the Executive, there are several projects already in progress in the field of the pre-salt layer that could contribute to the resumption of economic growth and national oil industry heating, resulting even in high investment into the country.  

Further auctions will also serve to boost the sector. According to Oddone, the trading sessions planned for until 2019 will generate investments of up to $ $83 billion over the next 35 years, of which about $ $30 billion will be directed to projects on the coast of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Apparently, according to the Director, being created a new oil industry in Brazil, being this one of the biggest changes since the creation of Petrobras and which should be noticed in a few years. The Executive noted that the political crisis did not reduce the interest of investors in bidding rounds.
