Six companies are approved by ANP to integrate oil auction

The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) announced last Wednesday, August 29, which were the six companies authorised to participate in the fifth round of production sharing, which is scheduled for September 28th.  In total, 12 company requests were received to participate in the auction.

The bidding will be for the areas of Saturn, Titan, Pau Brazil, and southwest of Green Tortoise, located in the basins of Santos and Campos. The state approved were BP Energy from Brazil, United Kingdom; CNODC Brasil Oil and gas, from China; DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG of Germany; QPI Brasil Petroleum, Qatar; Shell Brazil Petroleum, UK; and Total E&P of Brazil, of France.
