South and Southeast have better fuel assessment

According to the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), the South and Southeast regions of Brazil are leading the standard fuel compliance, with 98% each. Soon after, comes the Northeast with 97%, and the North and Midwest regions, with 96% each.

In 2019, Brazilian fuels overall beat the 97% compliance according to analysis of the Anp Fuel Quality Monitoring (PMQC). The initiative aims to analyze fuel samples such as gasoline, ethanol and diesel oil distributed in various posts in the country, and disseminate the quality indices to be every month.
