For the 7th consecutive year, and this year in 30 countries, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leader in business solutions, consulting and IT services, is recognized as one of the Top Employers Brazil companies, a certification applied worldwide by the Top Employers Institute, which operates in 120 countries on all continents and certified 1700 companies in 2021. The result came after an in-depth analysis of the company's HR policies, in which issues such as remuneration and benefits, culture, learning and development were evaluated.
