Total signs agreements to explore the potential of deep waters of Senegal

French oil company Total signed two agreements with Senegal to explore the deep offshore production and ultra-profunda in the country. The Total struck a deal with the State oil company to explore the offshore block Petrosen deep of Rufisque, where French oil company would have a share of 90%.

Also signed an agreement with Petrosen and the Ministry of energy of Senegal under which fully evaluate the potential of ultra-deep offshore exploration Senegalese and would become an operator of an exploration block.
