The oil tanker strike, which lasted more than two weeks, was suspended on the last day 21 to return to the negotiating table. Last Friday (28), the hearing in the Superior Labor Court (TST) between Petrobras and trade unions ended with a proposal to maintain layoffs of 396 employees of the Nitrogen araucaria fertilizer plant S.A. (Ansa), in Paraná, but with the possibility of greater rescission money for the dismissed.
In the proposal, the additional monetary value to the rescission funds was extended to a floor of 110,000 reais and ceiling of 490,000 reais, proportional to remuneration and working time. “This amount is conditional on the acceptance of a discharge term to the employment contract and all the funds arising from it. If the employee does not opt for discharge, the additional monetary value has a floor of 60,000 reais and a ceiling of 210,000 reais,” Petrobras said.
In addition, according to the company, the package also provided for the maintenance, for up to two years, of the benefits of health, education and pharmacy, in addition to an advisory for professional replacement. Minister Ives Gandra Martins Filho established that Sindiquímica-PR should take the proposal for a vote in a workers’ assembly by next Tuesday. Ansa will have until Wednesday to express its position.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
