Unit hit by fire in Replan normalizes operation

The unit of the Paulínia Refinery (Replan), the U-220a of catalytic cracking, was released for the standardization of operation. The other two areas, the U-200 atmospheric distillation and the U-683, of acid water treatment, also affected, have not yet obtained the release of the National Agency of Petroleum, biofuels and Natural gas and biofuels (ANP).

The fire occurred in August, and made Petrobras import diesel and aviation kerosene in order to compensate for the refinery's shutdown. The expectation of total recovery will be only in January 2019.
