The Third unit of the Alto Sertão Wind Complex, in Bahia, managed by Renova Energia, was sold to the company AES Tietê. The negotiation totalizes R $350 million, also includes the acquisition of a part in construction of the Park, which can generate 438 MW in its operational phase. This Marketing will still be approved by the responsible bodies.
Currently the largest wind complex in Latin America has as partners the companies Cemig, Light, and the National Bank of Economic and Social Development (BNDES). The first two units of the park have already been marketed to the Brookfield Group and to AES Tietê.
