ANP predicts reaction in fuel sales in the country

According to Décio Oddone, director general of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), the expected recovery of the economy may cause a boost in the sale of fuels in Brazil in 2017. After falling for the second consecutive year in 2016, as reported by Panorama Offshore, published on February 16 (http://migre.me/w60hO), the expectation is that this year there will be a resumption in the fuel market.

Oxygenation in the sector is also due to the government’s new program, launched last Monday, Feb. 20, called Combustível Brasil, whose main objective is to seek investors in the fuel sector and study ways to reduce supplies From the repositioning of Petrobras, thus opening space for other agents to enter the market for natural gas and other fuels.
