ANP: oil and gas production hits new record in September
The total production of oil from Brazil in September totaled 2,671,000 barrels per day, a new record high of 2.4% compared with August and 11.5% in comparison with the same month of 2015, reported on Friday (4) the national agency of petroleum, Natural gas and biofuels (ANP).
The Agency also highlighted that the Lula field in the Santos basin, presented the biggest production ever recorded by a field in Brazil, with 639,700 barrels of oil per day in September, which surpassed the previous mark of Marlim field in April 2002.
