Begins binding phase for regap sale

Petrobras reported last Friday (20), that began the binding phase for the sale of Regap (Gabriel Passos Refinery), which has processing capacity of 166,000 barrels per day of oil.

The refinery is one of eight put up for sale, due to the oil company's divestment program, which aims to raise resources for reduce your debt and focus your investments on oil exploration and production and gas in deep, ultra-deep waters.

Potential buyers will receive an invitation letter with detailed instructions.
