35% of concessions for oil and natural gas exploration in the Northeast that were administered by the French company of electricity, the Engie brazilian electric Eneva. The joint-venture of the EBX Group, formerly as MPX Energia S.A. became the sole owner of the assets in the northeastern land.

According to official publication of the national agency of petroleum, Natural gas and biofuels (ANP), the shares are in the PN-T-101 areas _ R13 and PN-T-103 _ R13 to land exploitation in the Parnaíba basin, one of the major producers of natural gas from Brazil. The Eneva currently has 2.2 gigawatts in plants in operation and has a production capacity of 8,400,000 gas cubic meters per day.
