On November 7, at the FGV Cultural Center, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, from 8h to 13h, the Center for Energy Studies of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Energia) and the Environmental Licensing Studies Group of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro (AmCham Rio ), will promote the first international seminar on Offshore Environmental licensing. The event will bring together several experts to discuss international practices of licensing, advances and opportunities in the country.
The objective of the event is to demystify the difficulties of environmental licensing that are faced, such as high costs, delays, and excessive bureaucracy to obtain license authorization.
