OPEC predicts increased demand for oil

According to statements made by the Organization of petroleum exporting countries (Opec), the demand for oil will grow over the next five years on average by 1.2 million barrels per day. On the other hand, after 2022, the sources of wind, solar, geothermal and photovoltaic will be the energy types of faster growth.

OPEC's statement was made amid a time when the producer countries of the cartel with Russia will discuss whether to extend the production cuts that expire in March 2018 and that have been established to reduce the surplus. Could it be that with oil demand growing and production decreasing anyway awaited recovery of black gold will come?
